The FDR management team is a group of professionals with deep experience and knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing, data centre management, IT operations and mission-critical services. The Leadership team at FDR oversees its continued record of success, leading the company to growth, and positioning the company as a leader in the delivery of Disaster Recovery Services.

Jehangir Panthaki,
Founder and Chief Executive Officer


Over nine years of experience in the outsourcing market including experience in the international BPO markets, in US, UK and India, working closely with customers. Previously Jehangir was part of the UK Operations team with Intelenet Global Services which was a joint venture between Barclays and HDFC and is one of the leading BPO companies
in India.

Jehangir is a Certified Business Resilience Professional (CBRP) accredited by the Business Resilience Certification Consortium International (BRCCI). Prior to working in the BPO industry Jehangir was Vice President at Sanchez Capital Services (Subsidiary of Sanchez Computer Associates) which was involved with providing Core Banking software to Retail Banks and was one of the pioneers of setting up the worlds first Internet Bank (ASP Model).
   
   
     
Parvez Diwan,
Chief Technology Officer


Parvez has over 16 years of experience in
Systems and Solutions. Since 2001 he has also worked extensively in business and IT process
re-engineering. Parvez was a retainer with Abacus Distributions Systems India - the Indian arm for Abacus International.

He has successfully helped re-engineer and optimized Abacus' technology offerings and provided solutions to set up over eight centres across India. Parvez is an advisor on multiple company boards for IT re-engineering and implementation of IT to decrease people dependencies in business process.
   
   
     
Sanjana Ahuja,
Vice President (“BCP”)


A professional with experience of over 12 years in Operations Management and Business Continuity Planning and Customer Care largely in banking / financial services, Sanjana is proficient in leading dedicated teams for running successful process operations and experience of developing procedures and service standards for business excellence.

She has previously worked with HSBC Global Resourcing and recently with Target within their BCP functions. Sanjana was one of the key members within HSBC GR to set up their BCP strategy and roll it out across South East Asia (11 sites). She is also the Winner of Business Leader Award for effective crisis management at HSBC GR.
