In the event that customers have just one site and are looking at alternative sites, FDR offers customers to work on a split site model where operations would be actively running in FDR's premises which will run processes which are critical as well as non-critical. In the event of a disaster at the customer's main site, customers would typically switch its entire staff at FDR on managing critical processes thereby increasing volumes of diverted critical processes.
