Along with offering disaster recovery services, FDR provides customers looking at temporary workplace a fully equipped facility within days. This allows the customers to conduct pilot projects and use the facility for immediate ramp-ups as well as a temporary facility until their facilities are ready. FDR along with its technical expertise provides fully integrated call centre solutions thereby the client making minimal investments on day one. Clients typically will provide for domain specific hardware / software requirement which will then be returned to the customers when they leave the facility. These contracts are typically available for 8 – 18 months and longer if required.

FDR currently has 250 operational seats which can be offered for immediate use for an incubation facility.

The services offered for incubation are the following:
  • State of the art call centre / back office ready facility, in a climate controlled environment;
  • Fully networked PC’s and servers along with headsets;
  • Access card controlled facilities with access cards for all agents;
  • Full back-up of all technology provided by FDR;
  • UPS back-up for 4 hours and diesel generator back-up for 2 days with added diesel onsite provided for a further 1 day;
  • Full maintenance of the facility over 2 shifts which include all housekeeping and cleaning of the premises;
  • Security personnel in shift rotation;
  • Administration and support staff for managing the facility;
  • Technology teams to manage the local IT infrastructure;
  • Car Parking spaces available for transport vehicles;
  • 2 Cafeteria rooms are provided for seating for over 60 staff;
  • An access controlled server room;
  • 4 Training rooms with PC based as well as non-PC based training for over 16 seats and 30 seats respectively;
  • Limited usage of the conference and video conference rooms;
  • 2 separate entrances with 4 lifts for access to the facility; and
  • Locker box facilities for all agents.
