All the workstations come equipped with latest Lenovo / Dell PC's:

At FDR we have adequate additional redundancy of PC's and critical spares are held onsite. We have stringent support contracts with our hardware manufacturers for a committed resolution for faulty machines. In addition to our support contracts we have our own internal trained MCSE certified desktop support engineers. If there are any additional requirements to add to the PC's, FDR would be happy to work with clients as per their requirements.
Network:
The Local Area Network (LAN) is deployed using two Core switches both split with voice and data redundancy. Switches are connected by dual resilience fibre links and all connectivity. The network is in two facets viz. data and voice. 100% redundancy has been provided in the network to have a high - availability of network and support a 24x7x365 Call Centre environment.
AMP Structured Cabling Standards have been followed very strictly to achieve high bandwidth availability and signal integrity. The LAN architecture designed gives the liberty of giving a segregated LAN as per requirement. Gig Speed standards UTP cables are implemented to deliver high bandwidth till the desktops. Each workstation is provided with data and voice points.
Gig speed fibre cables are implemented to deliver high bandwidth between the layers. The Multiple backbones are running between each floors through diversified path are backed up be UTP. This has provided excellent ability to physically separate LAN nodes to physically separate each client.
All workstations have 2 I/O points with all patch cables factory crimped. All cabling is AMP certified NetConnect CAT 6 structured cabling to all workstations for Data & Voice. AMP Certified NetConnect CAT 5E structured cabling in redundant for all points. All Data and Voice connections only through structured multi-colour cabling for ease in trouble-shooting.
We have stringent AMC's with our technology vendors with a 24 hour turnaround time for faulty part replacements. We currently keep all critical spares on site and are managed by our MCSE and CCNA certified engineers for level 1 support.
Servers:
All our servers are the latest Lenovo / Dell servers:
- eServer's x 345, Intel Xeon 2.0 GHz.,
- 1 GB RAM / 6 *
- 40 GB Ultra 320 SCSI HDD,
- 120GB hard for file server
- 15,000 RPM with RAID Controller,
- Dual Giga Ethernet,

- Windows-2000 Servers - DHCP & DNS enabled.
Our Server AMC is on a 24 hours support and replacement within 24 hours with Ontrack Solutions. We currently have MCSE and CCNA skilled server engineer on-site along with our support contracts.
Data Center:
All our data centre's have temperature controlled systems in place. We have all lockable AMP racks which can be dedicated per customer's requirement. Fire fighting equipment is available on all areas along with an integrated smoke detection system. The entire call centre is monitored by CCTV.
Adequate measures are in place in our data centre and the call centres as well, some of which are:
- Fire Extinguishers
- Fire suppression systems
- Fire Alarms
- Smoke Detectors
- Heat Sensors
- Routine fire drills
- Walls, floor and doors of the data center constructed of fire resistant materials
- Raised Floor
- Data center have a dedicated and filtered power supply
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) used to backup power to systems
- Generators utilized to provide backup power in case of a power failure
