Testing facilities are available for all our clients. Thorough testing or rehearsal of your recovery plan, you can feel confident that there is sufficient contingency in place. FDR includes regular rehearsals as part of each recovery service agreement.
Each client will have change control procedures in place to ensure that any changes that take place at the client's site are reflected immediately at the alternative site. Ongoing maintenance and change control procedures will be tested and pre-configured systems will be set-up along with a detailed policy and procedure in place which will be approved by both parties.

- Changes documented and are in place to track changes
During the test period, telephone and PC images (ghosting) will be taken and stored by FDR to facilitate the fastest possible recovery, any servers that clients contract for will be made available with the clients operating system and service pack pre-installed, thereby reducing the recovery time. Our technical specialists will provide assistance both at time of test and recovery.
All connectivity is proposed to be connected directly to the host country thereby bypassing the Indian centre altogether and pre-configured firewalls will be tested for authentication.
Clients will receive certain amount of test days per annum at which time all test results will be evaluated and changes that need to take place will be effected. Surprise tests by clients are also encouraged to check speed of availability of systems and services.
